If there’s something you would like much sooner, please contact is and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. We will gladly ship to international customers, so please contact us for the rate to your home address. All shipping and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Unused products in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs
How do I maintain my leather product?
To clean your bag, dampen a clean cotton cloth with water and wipe the entire bag down evenly. The leather will darken during this process, but dry back to the same shade before you began cleaning. For dirty spots it is ok to use a little more pressure to remove with the damp cloth.
Do you gift wrap?
Always! All Didaa Handcrafted items are wrapped in beautiful gold tissue and presented in a velvet branded bag. If you’re sending your order directly to a gift recipient, please let us know and we’ll send the receipt to you and add a personal message from you to your special recipient.
Do you accept custom orders?
That’s always a loud resounding YES! Didaa Handcrafted is a custom boutique, making all handmade leather goods, and nothing makes us feel better than to customize one of our designs to suit your needs. Let us know if you need a little tweak or a complete overhaul and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your needs. Let’s begin the conversation.
We put the “WE” in our TEAM?
Didaa Handcrafted products may be designed and handcrafted by me, Ijeoma (fondly called EJ) but there are others behind the scenes who have and continue to help make this labor of love a reality. From our eponym, my late mother Didaa, to my little Shih-poo shop dog, Beauty, it takes a village to create each one of a kind leather product.
